Virtual Chief Center Operator, CCO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations of designated Virtual Company-Owned Centers under the supervision of the CCI.

• Facilitate parent orientation and assessment meetings, ensuring follow-up communication and ongoing support for families.

• Aid in lesson planning and managing growth in enrollment within designated subjects and targets.

• Enhance instructional quality by monitoring virtual classes, helping with device checks, and ensuring that students and families are familiar with virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Kumon Connect).

• Work alongside the CCI to guarantee adherence to Kumon’s instructional, operational, and customer service standards.

• Communicate effectively with families, instructors, and CCI to address inquiries, concerns, and operational requirements.

• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative responsibilities related to virtual center operations.

• Engage in training, meetings, and professional development opportunities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in education or a related field is preferred.

• Fluency in Spanish is required for applicants.

• Experience in working with students, families, or in educational services; previous Kumon experience is highly preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a virtual, remote environment, including proficiency with video conferencing tools and digital resources.

• Excellent communication skills, with the capability to clearly explain concepts to families and students.

• Proven organizational and time-management abilities.

• Competence in following directions, executing plans, and collaborating closely with leadership.
