This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Interact with customers via live chat, delivering prompt support and efficiently addressing inquiries.
• Manage several chat sessions at once, ensuring responses are timely and accurate.
• Diagnose customer problems and provide guidance through solutions utilizing company resources.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and issues in company databases using Microsoft Excel.
• Compose and send follow-up emails to customers through Microsoft Outlook, ensuring all questions are answered.
• Collaborate with internal teams via Microsoft Teams to escalate complex issues and enhance customer service processes.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company products, services, and procedures to supply customers with accurate information.
• Recognize customer trends and frequently asked questions, reporting them to management for process enhancement.
• Comply with company standards for response time, communication quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) is essential.
• Prior experience in customer service, virtual assistant positions, or live chat support is preferred.
• Exceptional written communication abilities with a strong grasp of grammar and spelling.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and chats concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Self-driven with the capability to work independently and achieve performance objectives.
• Experience with chat support software or CRM systems is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant education is a bonus.
