This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
β’ Deliver comprehensive operational assistance, which includes managing calendars, handling emails, and scheduling appointments with thorough follow-up.
β’ Act as the primary liaison for customer service inquiries, ensuring that all communications are professional, clear, and timely.
β’ Organize digital files, records, and daily task lists to ensure that nothing is overlooked.
β’ Support internal workflows with a keen attention to detail, maintaining our standards of professionalism in every task.
β’ Anticipate client needs and optimize communications to improve overall efficiency.
β’ 1β2 years of demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative is required.
β’ C2 / Near-native English proficiency (both written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with US stakeholders.
β’ Previous experience working directly with clients based in the US is crucial.
β’ While we welcome candidates from all VA backgrounds, additional experience in the Medical, Legal, or Real Estate sectors is highly regarded.
β’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, along with expertise in CRM/EHR systems or project management tools.
β’ Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection, a professional work ethic, and a dedicated workspace.
β’ Immediate availability to work standard US office hours is required.
