This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Prepare and dispatch travel quotes, confirmations, and relevant documentation.
• Oversee general administrative duties and backend operations.
• Maintain internal systems and records in an organized and current manner.
• Assist with daily business functions during both peak and off-peak times.
• Address client inquiries through email and various messaging platforms.
• Engage in WhatsApp group discussions and respond on behalf of the business as necessary.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused communication.
• Ensure that all client requests and follow-ups are addressed without oversight.
• Conduct research on destinations, accommodations, and experiences.
• Aid in the preparation of itineraries and travel-related logistics.
• Provide support for flight-related administrative tasks, including check-ins and confirmations.
• Organize and manage client information within the CRM (Zoho).
• Ensure that backend systems are precise, structured, and user-friendly.
• Assist in keeping the business owner organized across various tools and platforms.
• Support basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero (Nice-to-Have).
• Facilitate transaction tracking and financial administration (non-accounting role) (Nice-to-Have).
• Help compile records for future bookkeeping purposes (Nice-to-Have).
• Contribute to light social media and email marketing during slower periods.
• Offer suggestions or enhancements based on experience in the travel sector.
• Potential to assist with shared administrative responsibilities for another business in the future (with transparency and agreement).
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Exceptional written communication skills and a customer service-oriented approach.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working across different time zones.
• Prior experience in the travel or hospitality sector (Nice-to-Have).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Zoho (Nice-to-Have).
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge (Xero preferred) (Nice-to-Have).
• Experience in supporting small businesses or entrepreneurs (Nice-to-Have).
