This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ghana.
β’ Serve as the main liaison between the executive and both internal and external clients/partners.
β’ Proactively manage calendars and coordinate internal arrangements.
β’ Oversee email and messaging communications on behalf of the executive, including answering inquiries and crafting professional messages.
β’ Prepare detailed notes and develop project plans.
β’ Assist in the creation of reports, briefs, presentations, and other materials for meetings and events.
β’ Organize documents efficiently.
β’ Travel to nearby regions when necessary.
β’ Manage highly sensitive and confidential information with care.
β’ Offer general administrative support and assistance with technology implementation as required.
β’ Availability for flexible, full-time hours.
β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
β’ Strong attention to detail.
β’ Effective time management skills.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
β’ At least 2 years of experience with Business WhatsApp, Slack, and Google tools (Gmail, Google Calendar, etc.).
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience working remotely.
β’ Proficiency in English.
β’ Driver's License preferred; must be able to lift 5 - 9 kg for setting up and moving items.
β’ Bachelor's degree required.
β’ Experience in marketing and/or project management is preferred.
β’ Reliable and stable internet connection is essential as this role is hybrid, and you will often be working remotely.
