This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Oversee personal travel arrangements, encompassing flights, accommodations, transportation, restaurant bookings, and itineraries.
• Manage personal calendars, including medical appointments, fitness sessions, grooming, and other lifestyle obligations.
• Proactively address visa renewals, residency documentation, licenses, and other personal administrative tasks.
• Coordinate household operations, including vendor management, maintenance, deliveries, installations, repairs, and property communications.
• Handle personal errands, sourcing requests, returns, exchanges, and gift purchases.
• Communicate with external stakeholders such as accountants, lawyers, building management, concierge services, and vendors.
• Efficiently manage time-sensitive and last-minute logistical requests.
• Maintain accurate calendar management across various time zones.
• Anticipate potential issues and implement solutions independently.
• Uphold a high standard of confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
• Identify and resolve challenges proactively before they arise.
• Operate autonomously and make informed decisions swiftly and confidently.
• Communicate with clarity, precision, and professionalism.
• Consistently maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.
• Stay calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrate natural assertiveness with a composed and measured demeanor.
• Bring extensive remote work experience accumulated over multiple years.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality, luxury, and travel sectors.
• Independently coordinate and manage international vendors efficiently.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting a founder, executive, entrepreneur, or C-level professional.
• Must be available during Dubai and European time zones.
• Strong background in remote work across multiple time zones.
• Polished, professional, and presentable appearance.
• Socially adept, demonstrating high emotional intelligence.
• Proven success in affluent and high-achieving environments.
• Highly responsive, detail-oriented, and dependable.
• Excellent spoken and written English with robust communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Highly proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently without constant oversight.
• Comfortable in a high-responsibility setting with shifting schedules and urgent requests.
• Strong internet research and problem-solving capabilities.
• Able to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure.
• Experience in coordinating international travel and lifestyle logistics is highly desirable.
• Candidates with only junior VA or entry-level administrative experience may not be considered.
• Competitive salary ranging from $1,500–2,500 per month based on experience.
• 40 hours/week with flexible scheduling, remote work setup, and international exposure.
