This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Perform comprehensive research utilizing various sources to gather information from public records.
• Analyze and interpret data to deliver precise and timely outcomes that align with business goals.
• Organize and manage data for the organization.
• Execute a range of administrative data tasks, including general data entry and interpretation.
• Conduct research and oversee data management.
• Effectively communicate findings from the collected data to the relevant department or client.
• Conduct records searches using designated databases and websites.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and workflows established by department leadership.
• Identify reportable records for clients by sifting through data.
• Understand and implement guidelines in search criteria.
• Analyze data in a compliant manner, adhering to strict procedures and quality standards.
• Acquire and retain knowledge to apply in specific job contexts.
• Provide support within a collaborative team environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and/or applicants as required.
• Achieve team productivity and accuracy benchmarks.
• Undertake additional administrative tasks and responsibilities as necessary.
• College level education or equivalent is required.
• Preference for college graduates.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in an office environment, preferably within the BPO sector.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Ability to navigate seamlessly between multiple windows and browsers.
• Capable of conducting extensive internet research and typing at a speed of 45 WPM.
• Competence in using G Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates with experience as a Data Analyst or in similar roles are encouraged to apply.
• Must be able to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Proficient in quickly and accurately entering data into a computer.
