Virtual Assistant – Sales Outreach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound communications through phone and email aimed at healthcare decision-makers such as hospital administrators, clinic managers, and payers.

• Research and create targeted prospect lists utilizing relevant prospecting tools.

• Compose and dispatch personalized outreach sequences, follow-up emails, and cold calling scripts.

• Schedule virtual and in-person meetings directly with clinics and hospitals on behalf of the organization.

• Accurately maintain and update CRM records.

• Monitor outreach metrics including open rates, reply rates, and booked meetings.

• Assist in the creation of sales decks, proposals, and outreach materials.

• Manage email inboxes, respond to initial inquiries, and appropriately route warm leads.

• Provide support to the sales team with reporting, data entry, and daily administrative tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in US healthcare sales, business development, or a similar outreach-focused position.

• Demonstrated capability to secure meetings directly with clinic and hospital stakeholders.

• Familiarity with CRM systems for pipeline and contact management.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong phone presence with experience in cold calling and follow-up communications.

• Proficient research and list-building skills.

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns concurrently.

• Basic understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including hospitals, payers, health systems, and physician groups.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
