Virtual Assistant – Sales, Lead Conversion

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage **inbound lead and discovery calls** resulting from marketing initiatives;

• Engage in **brief (10–15 minute) sales discussions** to assess and convert leads;

• Articulate services clearly using **scripts and organized messaging;**

• Assist prospects in navigating the decision-making process and facilitate deal closures;

• Aid in the **onboarding of new clients** following conversion;

• Reconnect with leads to foster engagement and enhance conversion rates;

• Help with ongoing communication and relationship management;

• Keep and refresh **CRM records and sales pipeline;**

• Monitor lead status, follow-ups, and conversion results;

• Ensure data is precise and well-organized;

• Support **outreach and follow-up initiatives;**

• Assist with newsletters and communication when required;

• Play a role in enhancing and scaling the **sales process over time;**

• Proficient in **English and Spanish (spoken and written);**

• Background in **healthcare, pharmacy, or a related field;**

• Excellent **sales and communication abilities**, particularly over the phone;

• Familiarity with **lead qualification and closing discussions;**

• At ease with following scripts while naturally adapting to conversations;

• Self-motivated, proactive mindset with the capability to work independently;

• Comfortable in a **dynamic, growing setting;**

• Experience in **sales, lead generation, or customer onboarding;**

• Proficient in using **CRM tools and managing sales pipelines;**
