Virtual Assistant – Sales – Cleaning Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Actively engage with prospective clients to comprehend their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

• Make both inbound and outbound sales calls to promote and sell our services.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Work in conjunction with the marketing team to enhance lead generation and conversion tactics.

• Deliver exceptional customer service during the sales process to ensure client satisfaction.

• Monitor sales metrics and report on progress to pinpoint areas needing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Languages: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages (Spanish) is advantageous.

• Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is highly beneficial.

• Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities.

• Mindset: Proactive, self-driven, and focused on customer satisfaction.

• Tools: Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), CRM systems, VoIP, and project/task management applications (ClickUp, Basecamp, etc.).
