Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Marketing, Paid Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Establish, oversee, and enhance **Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns;**

• Analyze campaign performance and consistently refine outcomes based on analytics;

• Monitor conversions, ROI, and essential performance indicators;

• Ensure campaigns support lead generation objectives;

• Utilize **Google Analytics and advertising platform data** to assess campaign effectiveness;

• Detect trends, insights, and optimization opportunities;

• Deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations;

• Organize and implement **social media posting** (primarily on Meta platforms);

• Uphold a consistent brand image and foster engagement;

• Conduct outbound calls to previous clients to solicit **Google reviews;**

• Communicate clearly and professionally in English;

• Adhere to scripts and workflows during outreach;

• Follow established processes and workflows;

• Operate independently with minimal oversight;

• Efficiently manage tasks in a remote work environment;

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing **Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns;**

• Background in **real estate marketing;**

• Strong grasp of **campaign performance, analytics, and ROI;**

• Practical experience with **Google Analytics and conversion tracking;**

• Capability to **independently execute and optimize ad campaigns;**

• Excellent **English communication skills** (particularly for phone interactions);

• Experience in **social media management;**

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously;

• Comfortable operating in a **flexible, task-oriented environment;**
