This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee a complex global calendar, coordinating appointments across various time zones with accuracy.
• Create and format technical proposals and reports utilizing established templates within the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Independently carry out daily tasks, managing a workflow with priorities established for the next business day.
• Manage professional email communication with high-profile clients, ensuring a polished and discreet tone.
• Track deadlines for ongoing consulting bids and confirm that all supporting documents are accurate and submitted punctually.
• Occasionally assist with marketing materials and graphic design for presentations.
• At least 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Professional Administrative role, ideally supporting consultants or senior leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, critical for producing complex documents and managing data.
• Outstanding written English skills (UK standard) with a talent for professional corporate correspondence.
• A fully equipped, professional home office with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and power backup (UPS/Inverter).
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset; capable of working independently and resolving issues without supervision.
• Prior experience supporting international clients, particularly in the UK.
• Collaborative Autonomy: Partner with a principal who values both independence and teamwork, avoiding micromanagement.
• Stable Engagement: Reliable 20 hours per week with opportunities for long-term growth as the practice expands.
• Remote Flexibility: Fully remote position based in South Africa, catering to an international clientele.
