This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and manage the entire intake process from inception to completion
• Engage professionally and empathetically with families, providers, and team members
• Gather and maintain necessary intake documentation and records
• Arrange appointments and coordinate activities related to the intake process
• Follow up with families and providers to ensure the timely fulfillment of intake requirements
• Keep accurate records, workflows, and documentation for intake tracking
• Ensure all cases progress smoothly through the intake and onboarding stages
• Adhere to company processes and workflows precisely
• Manage multiple clients, schedules, and administrative tasks concurrently
• Assist with additional intake coordination and administrative responsibilities as needed
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is strongly preferred
• Prior experience in HCBS, CFTSS, healthcare intake, care coordination, ABA services, or healthcare administration is preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills are required
• Strong organizational and follow-up capabilities are required
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks effectively is essential
• Capacity to work independently while maintaining detailed records is required
• Professional and compassionate communication abilities are necessary
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask are important
• Competence in following company processes and workflows accurately is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is preferred
• Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup are necessary
• Experience in U.S.-based healthcare or ABA environments is an advantage
• Comfortable working U.S. hours
