Virtual Assistant – Household and Business Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of school applications, enrollment procedures, and holiday camp registrations for two children.

• Conduct research on children's playgroups, extracurricular programs, and family-oriented activities.

• Manage online grocery shopping, orders for household supplies, and ongoing personal errands.

• Ensure timely payment of monthly utility bills and manage recurring household expenses.

• Organize and monitor household tasks, appointments, and family schedules.

• Investigate family vacation destinations and compile options with clear recommendations.

• Arrange bookings for hotels, transportation, and activities in alignment with family preferences and budget constraints.

• Handle itinerary modifications, cancellations, and last-minute logistics independently.

• Assist in the preparation of tax filings, which includes document collection, form completion, and coordination with the family's accountant or tax advisor.

• Aid in the submission, renewal, and administrative management of government documents.

• Monitor deadlines for filings, renewals, and compliance obligations, proactively flagging them.

• Provide support for business-related research, correspondence, and administrative tasks as required.

• Assist with scheduling, managing the inbox, and other operational needs for the family's business activities.

• Execute ad hoc tasks and projects as they arise, demonstrating speed and reliability.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in household management, personal assistant, or executive assistant roles supporting a family or high-demand individual.

• Highly resourceful with a robust ability to independently solve problems and find solutions without guidance.

• Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and platforms concurrently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Comfortable managing sensitive personal, financial, and government-related information with utmost discretion.

• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and workflows.

• Proactive, dependable, and responsive, exhibiting a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.

• Available to work full-time during Hong Kong business hours.
