This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing patient communications with a professional and compassionate demeanor.
• Address patient inquiries through email, chat, SMS, or other available communication platforms.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments for patients.
• Accurately maintain and update patient information in the clinic's CRM, EMR, or scheduling systems.
• Assist with follow-up communications, reminders, and coordination of patient care.
• Perform administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and reporting tasks.
• Forward urgent issues or complex patient matters to the appropriate healthcare personnel.
• Provide support for billing inquiries, insurance verifications, or referrals as needed.
• Ensure that all communications are clear, precise, and consistent with patient care standards.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to patient data privacy regulations.
• Prior experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, Healthcare Administrative Assistant, or in a Customer Support role within the healthcare sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication abilities.
• Strong professionalism in patient interactions, coupled with a calm, courteous, and empathetic attitude.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Proficient in managing phone calls and written correspondence.
• Keen attention to detail along with robust organizational skills.
