This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Comprehensive Guest Relations: Serve as the main contact for all inquiries, addressing a variety of needs including hotel-style special requests, check-in logistics, and real-time troubleshooting.
• Masterful Inventory Management: Manage calendar availability, rate synchronization, and reservation adjustments utilizing Guesty and Uplisting across a diverse portfolio.
• Platform & Reputation Management: Actively oversee listings and respond to guest reviews on platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and Google to uphold brand integrity.
• Operational Coordination: Collaborate daily with on-site hotel staff and remote maintenance/housekeeping teams to guarantee smooth turnovers and property preparedness.
• Dispute & Administrative Oversight: Address OTA disputes, chargebacks, and overbooking prevention while keeping precise administrative records and arrival reports.
• On-Call Support: Deliver dependable out-of-hours assistance to handle urgent guest communications and emergencies during evenings and weekends.
• System Mastery: In-depth technical expertise in Guesty and Uplisting is essential.
• Mixed Portfolio Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing reservations and guest relations in both traditional hospitality (Hotels/B&Bs) and short-term rentals.
• Native-Level English: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with a professional, empathetic, and hospitable demeanor.
• UK Schedule Alignment: Strict compliance with UK business hours and the ability to monitor requests during evenings and weekends.
• OTA Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Airbnb, Booking.com, and Expedia Group, including rate plans and dispute resolution processes.
• Autonomy: Highly organized and self-driven with the capability to manage a complex portfolio independently.

• Experience with dynamic pricing tools such as PriceLabs or Beyond Pricing.
• Familiarity with hotel-specific channel managers like SiteMinder.
