This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee emails, messages, and communications with clients or internally in accordance with established guidelines.
• Organize appointments, meetings, and ensure calendars are kept accurate.
• Execute data entry tasks, update records, and manage documentation in spreadsheets, CRMs, or client systems.
• Deliver customer or client support utilizing approved scripts and escalation procedures.
• Assist with operational, sales, recruitment, scheduling, or intake processes as assigned.
• Create basic reports, summaries, or trackers as directed.
• Help with light social media, content creation, or administrative duties when clearly defined.
• Keep organized records and adhere to documentation and reporting standards.
• Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or completion of a 4-year course.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and effective time management.
• Capability to work autonomously while adhering to structured processes and SOPs.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, and similar applications.
• Availability to work an 8-hour graveyard shift aligned with U.S. business hours (PH Time).
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 100MBPS download speed; minimum 50MBPS upload speed) and dependable computer equipment (minimum Intel Core i5 or equivalent with at least 8GB of RAM), including a backup device.
• Professional demeanor, receptive to coaching, and willing to adapt roles as necessary.
