Virtual Assistant – Email Marketing, Outreach, Partner Onboarding

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Create and oversee email outreach initiatives utilizing provided contact lists

• Input and categorize contacts within email marketing platforms

• Dispatch bulk outreach emails to prospective distribution partners

• Monitor the effectiveness and engagement of campaigns

• Supervise and address incoming emails through the customer support inbox

• Deliver clear and helpful replies using established templates and training

• Refer technical issues to the development team as necessary

• Execute follow-up emails to non-responders and interested leads

• Conduct follow-up phone calls to explain the platform and assist with user onboarding

• Maintain logs of communication and update lead statuses

• Document outreach efforts, responses, and onboarding progression

• Aid in the overall coordination of onboarding new partners

• Assist with backend operational tasks as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• At ease with making phone calls and interacting with clients

• Proficient in email marketing tools or CRM systems

• High degree of organization and attention to detail

• Tech-savvy with a quick adaptability to new systems

• Familiarity with platforms such as GoDaddy (email & domain systems) is preferred

• Previous experience in outreach, lead generation, or customer support is preferred

• Experience working remotely or as a virtual assistant is preferred
