This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create, schedule, perform quality assurance, and launch EDM campaigns and automated workflows within Klaviyo.
• Oversee and enhance customer lifecycle journeys, which include welcome messages, abandoned cart reminders, browse abandonment notifications, win-back strategies, post-purchase engagement, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage CRM campaign calendars to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns.
• Assist with SMS and retention marketing efforts as necessary.
• Develop and sustain audience segmentation strategies based on customer behavior, engagement levels, lifecycle stages, and purchase history.
• Execute A/B testing across subject lines, creative content, timing, and audience segmentation.
• Track deliverability, maintain list hygiene, implement suppression logic, and adhere to email marketing best practices.
• Aid in optimizing landing pages, mapping customer journeys, and supporting wider digital marketing initiatives.
• Craft persuasive email content that aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
• Design and create visually appealing emails using Klaviyo templates and user experience best practices.
• Provide briefs to internal or external creative teams regarding campaign assets and promotional needs.
• Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Creative, eCommerce, and Data.
• Offer secondary support in paid media marketing, trade marketing, or content marketing projects up to 20% of capacity.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, revenue attribution, unsubscribe rates, and retention statistics.
• Generate regular CRM reports that include actionable insights and recommendations.
• At least 2 years of experience in Email Marketing, CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Digital Marketing roles.
• Intermediate to advanced hands-on proficiency with Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing platform.
• Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, audience targeting, and lifecycle marketing principles.
• Outstanding English copywriting and verbal communication skills for customer-facing marketing communications.
• Basic email design skills along with a solid understanding of responsive email user experience best practices.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign performance data and generate reports.
• Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and the capability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable home internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speed, coupled with a stable backup connection.
• Nice-to-Have Skills
• Experience in eCommerce, retail, or consumer B2C or B2B brands.
• Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns from start to finish.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and various CRM reporting tools.
• Experience or understanding of paid media marketing, trade marketing, or content marketing.
