This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Compose email content and design layouts in Klaviyo based on internal guidelines.
• Create and schedule weekly campaigns that align with the promotional calendar.
• Establish segmentation, exclusions, and sending logic, including recent purchasers, VIPs, and lapsed customers.
• Conduct quality assurance on every send, checking links, personalization, dynamic blocks, mobile rendering, UTMs, and deliverability.
• Keep an organized rolling campaign calendar that spans four to six weeks at a time.
• Review, develop, and continually enhance core flows, such as welcome series, browse abandonment, cart and checkout abandonment, post-purchase education, cross-sell, review requests, winback, VIP, and back-in-stock or price drop flows when applicable.
• Ensure clear flow architecture and consistent naming conventions are maintained.
• Execute A/B tests on timing, subject lines, content blocks, and offer logic.
• Confirm that flows adhere to promotional guidelines and align with the brand's tone.
• Manage key segments like new subscribers, first-time buyers, repeat purchasers, VIPs, lapsed customers, and category interests.
• Oversee suppression logic and exclusions to prevent over-emailing and safeguard customer experience.
• Facilitate personalization and dynamic content logic within Klaviyo.
• Track deliverability and list health metrics, including bounce rates, spam complaints, and open and click trends.
• Maintain list hygiene, suppression, and sunsetting programs.
• Suggest cadence modifications to ensure long-term deliverability.
• Provide a weekly one-page report detailing campaign results, flow performance, key insights, and next steps.
• Conduct a monthly retention review that includes flow contributions, segment performance, and a roadmap for testing.
• Keep a testing log that records what was tested, outcomes, and decisions made.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in email and lifecycle marketing within ecommerce or DTC sectors.
• Proficient in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, dynamic content, reporting, and template creation.
• Capability to write clean, on-brand email copy and create polished email designs directly in Klaviyo.
• Strong quality assurance discipline and operational rigor: identifying errors before sending, not afterward.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and suggesting clear next steps.
• Effective and reliable communicator who can perform within a fast-paced weekly schedule.
• Awareness of premium and luxury brand tone and aesthetics.
• You will receive payment in USD (bi-monthly: on the 15th and 30th).
