This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.
• Lead the email and SMS retention strategy for a collection of 8-10 e-commerce brands, utilizing Klaviyo and connected SMS platforms.
• Assess the complete sales funnel for each brand, beyond just email and SMS, to determine what will effectively impact business performance.
• Manage client accounts on a daily basis by participating in calls, providing performance updates, and maintaining clear communication via Slack and email.
• Conduct proactive audits of accounts to identify leak points, misconfigured flows, and potential issues before they affect the client, maintaining an ownership mentality toward every detail.
• Perform quality assurance on campaigns and flows prior to launch, ensuring links, discount codes, copy, and design are flawless to prevent any errors upon delivery.
• Collaborate with in-house designers, copywriters, and implementers, directing the projects to ensure campaigns remain accurate and adhere to schedules.
• Strategize and manage a sending schedule of approximately 3-4 campaigns per brand weekly, balancing promotional and lifecycle communications.
• Track performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and revenue contributions, translating the data into actionable next steps.
• Execute segmentation and A/B tests to refine targeting and enhance conversions across various accounts.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce email and SMS marketing, with a strong proficiency in Klaviyo.
• Experience with seven-figure DTC brands, preferably in sectors such as supplements, health and beauty, or home and decor (generalist e-commerce backgrounds are also acceptable).
• A retention-focused mindset, capable of analyzing a brand's entire funnel and identifying elements that drive lifetime value, rather than just channel-specific metrics.
• A proactive audit approach, someone who identifies mistakes and raises issues independently without waiting for direction.
• Extensive, practical knowledge of email and SMS automation, segmentation, and customer journey mapping.
• Hands-on experience with SMS platforms like Postscript and Attentive, in addition to Klaviyo.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the confidence to engage in client-facing interactions directly.
• Strong quality assurance discipline and meticulous attention to detail, the type of person who tests everything thoroughly before it goes live.
