This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to the CRM system.
• Gather, organize, and monitor donation data from the previous year.
• Assist in generating year-end receipts for donors.
• Aid in the transition of the CRM system from Neon CRM to CiviCRM.
• Collaborate with leadership to effectively learn systems during the transition process.
• Maintain precise donor records and uphold clean data management.
• Design and modify graphics using Canva.
• Support social media management efforts.
• Assist in outreach initiatives for sponsors and partners.
• Contribute to enhancing communication and outreach strategies to foster organizational growth.
• *This position is flexible and may evolve over time. Workload can vary monthly, and expectations will be reassessed after the initial months to ensure mutual benefit.*
• Exceptional English comprehension, speaking, and writing skills (non-negotiable).
• Relevant experience in administrative, CRM, digital, or support functions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Capability to work independently without the need for constant supervision.
• Proactive attitude with a readiness to take the initiative.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and undergo training.
• A trustworthy individual who can handle responsibility and ownership.
• Must be able to provide an NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance prior to onboarding (mandatory).
• Availability for video meetings with the camera on as needed.
• Medical education or degree: Not mandatory.
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant: Preferred but not mandatory.
• Medical license (doctor, nurse, PT, etc.): Not required.

• Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
• Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
• Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
• Workspace: Quiet and professional environment.
