This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls to potential and current customers in both English and Spanish, promoting home inspection and pest control services.
• Present persuasive sales pitches to encourage customers to purchase services or upgrade to higher-value packages.
• Clearly articulate service features and benefits while effectively addressing customer concerns and objections.
• Actively listen to customers to comprehend their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Manage inbound inquiries regarding service pricing, appointment availability, and general information in English and Spanish.
• Utilize scheduling software to efficiently book home inspections and pest control services.
• Contact Realtors and clients to confirm property access, verify appointment details, and ensure seamless scheduling.
• Use Google Maps to identify service areas and evaluate driving distances between appointments.
• Collect and document customer information, including contact details and service preferences.
• Keep customer databases updated with accurate and timely information.
• Follow up with interested customers to secure sales or finalize appointments.
• Handle rejection with professionalism while maintaining a positive, results-oriented attitude.
• Assist with social media marketing and management initiatives as required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
• Exceptional communication skills: Clear, engaging, and persuasive verbal communication with minimal accent.
• Strong sales capabilities: Confidence in delivering sales pitches, overcoming objections, and closing deals.
• Customer service skills: Patience, active listening, and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Organizational abilities: Competence in managing schedules, updating databases, and tracking customer interactions efficiently.
• Resilience and motivation: Capacity to handle rejections while remaining goal-focused.
• Technical skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM or scheduling software.
• Previous experience in real estate, home inspection, call center sales, or virtual assistance is advantageous.
• Understanding of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
