This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance across various departments, ensuring efficient virtual office functionality.
• Oversee calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members.
• Manage email communications, address client inquiries, and uphold professional correspondence.
• Assist with data entry, prepare documents, and generate reports.
• Aid in project management activities, including monitoring progress and liaising with team members.
• Perform internet research and gather pertinent information as required.
• Work collaboratively with remote teams through digital communication platforms to maintain an effective workflow.
• Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel is essential.
• Experience in managing an inbox is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common virtual communication tools (such as Zoom, Slack, and Teams).
• Capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and dependability.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities.
