This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee and assist with inbox management, calendar organization, and task coordination for busy professionals.
• Efficiently manage data entry, document preparation, and various administrative responsibilities.
• Effectively communicate with internal teams and external partners across different time zones.
• Keep precise records of tasks, meeting notes, action items, and correspondence.
• Utilize relevant tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Notion.
• Provide support to the broader team with research, travel arrangements, report creation, and miscellaneous tasks.
• Recognize opportunities to enhance workflows and alleviate the administrative workload on the team.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a virtual assistant, administrator, or in a similar capacity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities at once.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time efficiently.
• High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience working with clients or employers based in the UK is a plus.
• Must possess a dependable laptop, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
