Virtual Assistant – Sales & Marketing Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and various messaging platforms

• Generate and assess leads for the organization

• Arrange appointments and discovery calls with potential clients

• Oversee follow-ups and sustain lead pipelines

• Assist with both inbound and outbound sales communications

• Contribute to email marketing campaigns and nurturing sequences

• Create, schedule, and oversee social media posts

• Ensure consistent engagement across all platforms

• Professionally respond to comments, messages, and inquiries

• Monitor social media engagement and evaluate campaign performance

• Aid in content planning and execution strategies

• Design social media graphics and marketing materials

• Create and manage visual branding assets

• Update CRM systems and keep accurate records

• Organize workflows and task tracking using Notion or similar tools

• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and reminders

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a virtual assistant in sales or marketing support roles

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English

• Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) or other CRM tools

• Experience with Notion or comparable collaboration tools

• Proficient in Canva or similar design applications

• Well-versed in LinkedIn and Sales Navigator

• Experience utilizing AI tools for copywriting and content creation

• Background in lead generation and appointment setting

• Knowledge of social media platforms and content scheduling

• Basic graphic design and content creation abilities

• Capability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

• Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
