This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee calendars for six partners
• Facilitate both internal and external meetings
• Arrange client calls and appointments
• Manage inboxes and handle email communications
• Assist with task management and track workflows using Karbon
• Organize and uphold partner schedules and priorities
• Coordinate regular meetings and firm events
• Prepare meeting agendas and follow-up action items
• Provide support for document preparation and administrative projects
• Assist in making travel arrangements as necessary
• Monitor deadlines to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
• Aid in enhancing administrative processes and workflows
• At least 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
• Experience in supporting multiple executives at the same time
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong expertise in calendar and email management
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
• Capability to prioritize competing requests effectively
• Keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
