This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Managing incoming calls, texts, and emails for the companies your team is designated to support.
β’ Addressing client inquiries, offering price estimates, and persuading customers on the benefits of booking a home inspection.
β’ Organizing home inspection appointments by gathering and inputting relevant information into our scheduling software.
β’ Handling general office communications (email, text, voicemail).
β’ Ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
β’ Over 4 years of experience in Bilingual Customer Service roles.
β’ More than 2 years in Executive Assistant (or similar) positions.
β’ At least 2 years in Remote work environments.
β’ Excellent communication and language proficiency: English fluency is essential.
β’ Capability to accurately input notes, data, and client details, as well as navigate websites and common software applications.
β’ Strong digital communication skills (email, chat, text, etc.).
β’ Must demonstrate the ability to multitask across various systems, customer interactions, and communication channels.
β’ Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to adhering to established processes are required.
β’ Proficient computer skills: You will be using a computer throughout your entire shift.
β’ Willingness to install ACC-approved AntiVirus software and ensure its functionality.
