This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and maintain the executive calendars, including appointments and meeting schedules.
• Organize and coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
• Manage email correspondence and communication on behalf of executives when necessary.
• Create reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and various business documents.
• Perform research and collect information to aid in business decisions and projects.
• Support project coordination and ensure the timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
• Organize and maintain digital files, records, and documentation systematically.
• Professionally engage with clients, vendors, partners, and internal team members.
• Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a comparable role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with project management and communication tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Slack, or similar platforms is a plus.
