This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.
• Serve as the essential support for our administrative functions, delivering exceptional assistance to our clients based in the US.
• Excel in dynamic environments, demonstrating outstanding communication abilities.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Customer Service Representative is required.
• C2 / Near-native proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with US stakeholders.
• Prior experience working with clients based in the US is crucial.
• Additional experience in the Medical, Legal, or Real Estate sectors is highly regarded.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, along with proficiency in CRM/EHR systems or project management tools.
• Must possess a dependable high-speed internet connection, a strong professional ethic, and a dedicated workspace.
• Immediate availability to work during regular US office hours is required.
