This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Oversee patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar management.
β’ Address emails, messages, and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
β’ Assist with administrative functions, including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
β’ Aid in insurance verification and patient intake processes as needed.
β’ Ensure accurate patient records are maintained while adhering to confidentiality standards.
β’ Collaborate with therapists and office personnel to enhance workflows and daily operations.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer support to patients before, during, and after their appointments.
β’ Help with follow-ups, reminders, and general office organization tasks.
β’ Prior experience in a healthcare, medical, wellness, or physical therapy environment.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
β’ Demonstrated customer service or client-facing experience.
β’ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
β’ Proficient with scheduling tools, CRMs, Google Workspace, and office software.
β’ High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
β’ Dependable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
β’ Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination is highly desirable.
