β€’ Oversee patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar management.

β€’ Address emails, messages, and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

β€’ Assist with administrative functions, including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.

β€’ Aid in insurance verification and patient intake processes as needed.

β€’ Ensure accurate patient records are maintained while adhering to confidentiality standards.

β€’ Collaborate with therapists and office personnel to enhance workflows and daily operations.

β€’ Deliver outstanding customer support to patients before, during, and after their appointments.

β€’ Help with follow-ups, reminders, and general office organization tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Prior experience in a healthcare, medical, wellness, or physical therapy environment.

β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

β€’ Demonstrated customer service or client-facing experience.

β€’ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

β€’ Proficient with scheduling tools, CRMs, Google Workspace, and office software.

β€’ High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

β€’ Dependable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.

β€’ Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination is highly desirable.
