This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee email communications, calendar management, and scheduling of appointments
• Manage data entry tasks, organize files, and prepare documents
• Address customer inquiries through email, chat, or social media platforms
• Perform online research and compile detailed reports
• Assist in managing social media accounts and scheduling content
• Arrange travel accommodations and oversee expense management
• Maintain databases and regularly update CRM systems
• Carry out additional administrative duties as required
• Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a comparable position
• Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities

• Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping or accounting software
