This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

β’ Create internal and client-facing documents, presentations, and reports.

β’ Keep organized digital filing systems and ensure CRM data is up to date.
β’ Assist with travel arrangements, event scheduling, and logistics management.
β’ Provide support with light data entry, reporting, and operational tasks.
β’ Previous experience in an administrative, operations, or executive support capacity (remote or in-person).
β’ Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
β’ Capability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines without close supervision.
β’ Proficient with technology, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and task/project management software.
β’ High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
