This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Assist the team with daily customer support, operational follow-up, and administrative tasks related to our SaaS platform usage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, keep organized documentation, and aid in operational duties to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Work hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
• 2–4 years of experience as a virtual assistant, customer support assistant, or administrative support assistant.
• Proven experience in remote work within organized and structured settings.
• Proficiency with customer management software.
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar tools.
• Basic experience in administrative tracking, reporting, or operational coordination.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in English for written communication.
