This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and promptly reply to client emails in a professional manner.
• Provide assistance with daily administrative tasks and general support.
• Keep organized records of communications and tasks.
• Aid in fundamental bookkeeping activities, including the preparation and dispatch of invoices (training available).
• Work collaboratively with the team to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Availability for 30–40 hours per week (standard 9–5 schedule is preferred).
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with Buildium (property management software).
• Nice to Have: Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
• 100% REMOTE.
