Bilanzbuchhalter, Buchhalter – digitale Steuerkanzlei

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• You will create clear annual financial statements (income-expenditure accounts) or prepare balance sheets for GmbHs.

• Our team is here to assist you with special cases!

• You will independently handle accounting for our clients using the BMD NTCS software – mostly paperless and automated!

• Ideally, you will also support us with ongoing payroll accounting.

• You will welcome our new clients and assist us with administrative tasks (e.g., creating invoices) as well as our marketing activities, such as producing consulting videos, blog posts, and social media content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of the BMD NTCS accounting software, including the bank reconciliation module.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as a financial accountant/bookkeeper (m/f/d) with concurrent management of multiple clients.

• Ideally, a completed commercial education (HAK/HAS, financial accountant examination, bookkeeper examination, etc.).

• A positive attitude and enjoyment in your work.

• Friendliness towards everyone (m/f/d).

• An openness to continuously simplify and optimize processes.
