Virtual Apron Support Specialist, Millwork

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver personalized recommendations and solutions through consultative selling to motivate customers.

• Cultivate and sustain customer relationships while assisting both associates and customers with sales and product inquiries.

• Provide support to customers regarding door and window solutions, product customization, and inquiries related to Millwork projects.

• Evaluate customers interested in customizing Millwork products, generate leads, and seamlessly transfer them to Virtual Design Specialists.

• Assist with the online configurator tool, address general inquiries, check order statuses, follow up with vendors and stores, manage online requests, and assist with in-store leads.

• Conduct outbound follow-up calls and secure payments.

• Handle inbound calls and assess customer needs.

• Boost sales through consultative selling and contribute to both individual and team sales objectives via phone and/or online channels.

• Liaise with vendors and stores to expedite customer projects and relay timelines effectively.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the manager.

• Report directly to the Contact Center Supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Previous experience with Millwork products and sales is preferred.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capable of negotiating, managing complaints, resolving disputes, and addressing grievances with both internal and external customers.

• Experience in consultative selling.

• Strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Design and Retail, Specialty Retail, Outside Sales, or Trade.

• In-depth knowledge of door and window design and installation.

• Ability to fulfill responsibilities with little to no supervision.

• High school diploma and/or GED required.

• Previous leadership experience is not necessary.
