Virtual Apron Design Specialist – Millwork

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Respond to product knowledge inquiries from store associates, utilizing training materials to mentor and develop team members.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Make calls to customers with open quotes, ensuring a positive experience and delivering the appropriate product at the right price.

• Address configurator inquiries from store associates.

• Engage with customers online, at home, and virtually in-store.

• Offer customized recommendations and solutions through consultative selling and visual merchandising presentations.

• Establish, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.

• Assess potential new millwork customers.

• Design and tailor doors/windows to fit customer specifications.

• Generate quotes for new millwork projects.

• Secure payment for services.

• Efficiently transfer PRO customers.

• Report directly to the Contact Center Supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Prior experience in millwork is preferred.

• Familiarity with MYCD (Millwork Design System).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Capable of negotiating, addressing complaints, resolving disputes, and handling grievances with both internal and external customers.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in consultative selling.

• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service tailored to individual needs.

• Over 3 years of experience in Design and Retail, Specialty Retail, Outside Sales, or related fields.

• Advanced understanding of door and window design and installation.

• Must comply with the established work schedule.

• Outstanding organizational skills.

• Ability to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.

• High school diploma and/or GED required.

• No prior leadership experience necessary.
