This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Develop and oversee paid advertising strategies utilizing Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
• Establish, track, and enhance paid advertising campaigns to optimize performance and return on investment (ROI).
• Craft persuasive ad copy and collaborate with our design team for the creation of visual assets.
• Implement A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, forms, and audience targeting and segmentation.
• Investigate and identify target audiences and key segments in accordance with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
• Evaluate campaign data and generate monthly performance reports that include actionable insights.
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2) and Spanish.
• A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Familiarity with UTM links, conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
• Skilled in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Access to a quiet home office, reliable internet (≥ 10 Mbps down / 2 Mbps up), and a backup connection.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is preferred.
• Hourly compensation ranging from USD $1472 – $1840/month, based on experience.
