VIP Travel Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional high-touch service to key client travelers.

• Efficiently and accurately manage incoming requests through various channels (e.g., phone, email, etc.).

• Serve as the main point of contact for executive-level travelers.

• Offer proactive travel consultation, including sharing travel information and promoting related products.

• Skillfully utilize the necessary BCD Travel tools and systems to fulfill requests.

• Research and confirm travel bookings for clients.

• Address all inquiries regarding essential regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).

• Continuously update and enhance knowledge of the current state of the various supported travel industries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel services.

• Familiarity with the travel industry, including its policies, procedures, and processes.

• Proficient in GDS Sabre.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
