Lead Consultant – Oracle EPM ARCS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Act as the subject matter expert in one or more facets of consulting technology.

• Work collaboratively with clients or internal stakeholders to evaluate needs and challenges, providing expert advice and solutions.

• Direct major client engagements and manage project portfolios.

• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions tailored to client requirements.

• Lead and supervise projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and of high quality.

• Offer direct and indirect mentorship and guidance to teams and consultants.

• Identify system risks and vulnerabilities while proposing strategies for mitigation.

• Assess and select technology vendors, products, and services.

• Establish and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.

• Keep abreast of technological trends and evaluate their relevance.

• Spearhead strategic technology consulting initiatives and manage essential client relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• An MBA, relevant master’s degree, or PhD is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of consulting or industry experience.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM/BI implementation or administration is required.

• Familiarity with Oracle Account Reconciliation (ARCS).

• Proficiency in Smart View is required.

• Experience with Oracle Planning Cloud is preferred.

• Knowledge of Oracle Financial Close and Consolidations (FCC) Cloud is preferred.

• Experience with Oracle Data Management or FDMEE is desired.

• Familiarity with Narrative Reporting is desired.

• Experience with Essbase 21c is preferred.

• Proven history of successful project delivery.

• Consulting experience in a similar capacity within a professional services firm or strategic-level industry experience is required.

• Comprehensive understanding of relevant technologies and systems.

• Experience in leading and managing various projects.

• Ability to effectively interact with senior client executives.
