VIP Relationship Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Spearhead LATAM’s VIP Growth Strategy — Take ownership of the commercial roadmap aimed at enhancing trading volume, revenue, and engagement among high-value clients.

• Acquire and Manage VIP Users — Foster trusted relationships with premier traders, offering customized solutions and direct support to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction over the long term.

• Serve as a Client Advocate — Convert user requirements into actionable enhancements by working collaboratively with Product, Trading, Compliance, and Global VIP teams.

• Identify Growth Opportunities — Utilize market intelligence to craft and implement initiatives that boost VIP trading activities and wallet shares.

• Lead a High-Performance BD Team — Oversee, mentor, and develop the VIP BD function in LATAM with defined OKRs, a strong performance culture, and accountability.

• Represent OKX Externally — Establish a robust presence within LATAM’s crypto trading community through events, partnerships, and proactive outreach.

• Analyze Client Behavior — Utilize data insights to segment VIP audiences, anticipate their needs, and refine engagement strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development or relationship management within the crypto, trading, brokerage, private client services, or fintech sectors.

• Proven success in driving revenue through the direct acquisition and retention of high-value clients.

• Experience in leading commercial teams and implementing BD strategies in dynamic environments.

• In-depth knowledge of LATAM’s crypto and trading landscape, including user motivations and competitive dynamics.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the capacity to quickly build trust and negotiate at senior levels.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English.

• Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at navigating ambiguity with a sense of ownership and urgency.
