This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Asia.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with high-value clients to guarantee an outstanding customer experience and foster long-term loyalty.
• Execute personalized promotional calls to update clients on exclusive offers, forthcoming events, and customized promotions.
• Actively engage with VIP clients, addressing their needs, preferences, and concerns to boost satisfaction and retention.
• Discover opportunities to introduce new products, services, or promotions that resonate with the client’s interests.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure VIP clients enjoy a seamless and premium experience.
• Monitor client interactions, feedback, and engagement levels, delivering insights for ongoing improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in VIP account management, sales, or customer relations (ideally in gaming, fintech, hospitality, or related fields).
• Excellent communication and persuasive abilities with a talent for building trust and rapport with clients.
• Experience in gambling is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
• Upper-Intermediate proficiency in English.
