📋 Description

• Manage a specific portfolio of high-value players with established objectives for revenue, retention, and LTV growth

• Act as the commercial lead for all engagements

• Cultivate authentic relationships through consistent outreach practices

• Spot opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and re-engagement

• Provide customized bonuses and experiences supported by ROI

• Track daily player well-being and take action when needed

• Keep thorough records of interactions and decision-making processes
