Violations Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• This role involves supporting the operations of a specific department.

• Undertake additional job-related responsibilities and tasks throughout the facility as required.

• Carry out drive-through violation inspections in designated areas.

• Generate inspection reports.

• Address inquiries from homeowners, Property Managers, and Board of Directors via email.

• Organize community schedules and accompany Board Members during ride-alongs, making necessary adjustments to checklists.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Proficiency in Google Suite applications, including Gmail, Docs, and Sheets.

• Strong decision-making abilities, organizational skills, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and work independently within established procedures and practices with minimal supervision.
