This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer expertise regarding provider networks, referrals, and pre-authorization processes.
• Identify and resolve issues associated with billing, payments, and coverage matters.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations while managing sensitive member information.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address complex member issues.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and solutions within CRM systems.
• Achieve performance benchmarks such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Remain informed about policies, state regulations, and changes in the healthcare industry.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the healthcare or insurance sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Vietnamese.
• Capability to make independent decisions and solve problems while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Proficient in managing high volumes of calls, chats, and emails efficiently.
• Familiarity with computer applications, including CRM and customer support software.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
