Video Verification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct video verification sessions to validate customer identity and ensure adherence to internal protocols and regulatory standards.

• Assist customers in navigating the verification process by utilizing approved scripts and standardized language.

• Examine customer information and documentation for precision and consistency.

• Detect discrepancies or suspicious activities and escalate cases in accordance with internal guidelines.

• Ensure that verification activities comply with company quality, security, and regulatory standards.

• Communicate in English with colleagues and stakeholders as needed.

• Keep accurate records of verification results and case notes in internal databases.

• Enhance product and process knowledge through internal documentation and training resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Support or a comparable customer-facing position.

• Proficiency in Russian (both written and spoken).

• Intermediate (B1) or higher level of English (written and spoken), with the capability to read internal documentation and converse with colleagues.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following established procedures.

• Ability to make precise decisions in a fast-paced work environment.

• Effective multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort in using various systems, chat, and email platforms concurrently.

• Prior experience in video verification, KYC, fraud prevention, or payment verification is a plus.

• Background in the iGaming, fintech, banking, or customer support sectors is advantageous.

• Experience working in a remote and international setting is preferred.
