This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create engaging long-form video concepts and productions for CoinPoker’s YouTube channel, as well as for ambassador, partner, and collaboration content.

• Plan and acquire necessary footage from streams, tournament coverage, commissioned shoots, and material from ambassadors or partners.

• Develop video narratives and structures from initial concept through to editing direction.

• Oversee editing processes or provide briefs and feedback to editors, ensuring that quality, pacing, and alignment with titles and thumbnails are maintained.

• Tailor concepts, tone, and style to suit various channels, ambassadors, and partners.

• Manage production schedules across different channels and ensure timely delivery of content according to the content calendar.

• Utilize retention insights and performance evaluations to inform future concepts and editing decisions.

• Collaborate with ambassador and partnerships teams on concepts, footage, briefs, and turnaround times.

• Leverage AI and contemporary production and editing tools to enhance output.

• A portfolio showcasing long-form videos that successfully engaged audiences.

• Capability to articulate video concepts and structural choices, ideally supported by performance metrics.

• A comprehensive understanding of poker as content, encompassing players, personalities, stakes, and narratives.

• Proficiency in taking a video project from concept to final product.

• Experience in developing ideas, sourcing or organizing footage, and crafting stories.

• Strong instincts for storytelling and structural development.

• Ability to plan and manage production across multiple videos and channels effectively.

• Skill in adapting concepts and tone across various channels or brands.

• Proficiency with a professional editing and production toolkit.

• Familiarity with AI tools that genuinely enhance production processes.
