Video Editor – Real Estate & Lifestyle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Edit between 4 to 10 high-quality videos each month.

• Transform raw footage into captivating videos for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.

• Adapt videos for vertical formats and professional standards on LinkedIn.

• Create and integrate motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.

• Conduct professional color correction and color grading.

• Manage basic audio mixing and sound design.

• Work with footage captured by DJI drones and 4K smartphone videos.

• Implement best practices regarding codecs, frame rates, and video resolution.

• Craft compelling hooks within the first 3 seconds of videos.

• Develop pacing and rhythm to sustain viewer engagement.

• Utilize AI upscaling tools and stay updated with video production trends.

• Organize workflow to ensure monthly deliverables are met.

• Execute creatively in line with client guidelines.

• Participate in weekly meetings during peak production periods.

• Bring fresh ideas, identify creative opportunities, and contribute to the ongoing development of content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional video editing experience.

• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, animation, and VFX.

• Strong understanding of professional color correction and color grading techniques.

• Basic knowledge of audio mixing and sound design principles.

• Experience with DJI drone footage and 4K video editing.

• Familiarity with adapting content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn.

• Proven capability to visually convey stories.

• Fluency in Portuguese or English; preference for candidates fluent in both languages.

• Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines.

• Experience with real estate, property, or tourism-related video content.

• Awareness of current video production and editing trends.

• Experience with AI tools for content generation, editing, or upscaling.

• Capacity to propose innovative ideas and creative solutions.
