Video Planner & Manager – Data & Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In addition to media buying responsibilities, you will serve as a strategic consultant for our clients.

• You possess the ability to merge traditional TV planning with the digital video landscape, utilizing data to present compelling, evidence-based insights.

• You create comprehensive cross-channel video strategies (Total Video).

• You proactively determine the most effective media mix and adjust budgets based on analytical data.

• You convert intricate Excel analyses and performance metrics into engaging presentations.

• You provide clear, actionable recommendations that resonate with our clients and inspire enthusiasm.

• You leverage market tools for optimization and critically assess performance indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: You possess a minimum of 4+ years of substantial experience in strategic and operational TV/video planning, whether on the agency or client side.

• Analytical excellence: You have a passion for numbers and structure. Terms like net reach, GRP, affinity, marginal returns, and incremental reach are your essential tools.

• Tools & platforms: You are thoroughly knowledgeable about common planning tools (AGF/Video Insights, Excel) and ideally have experience with contemporary measurement methods such as aeos or BI tools (Looker/Power BI).

• Team spirit: You are collaborative, open, and constructive, with a genuine enthusiasm for making a collective impact.
